Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated near the wifi area and within close proximity to shops and entertainment venues, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

We had a slight issue with the lock handle jamming, but the manager quickly called for help and resolved the problem within 3 hours. The cleanliness of the place was commendable and the breakfast, though not extravagant, was satisfying. Despite the inconvenience, we still enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The complementary Easter chocolate eggs were a cute touch, and the fact that the room had a balcony with a decent view was nice. The location was also relatively close to some popular attractions. Being able to get a personal driver for some outings was helpful as well.

The room was not the cleanest and the furnishings were outdated. The noise from the surrounding area was also quite disruptive.

The staff, including Claudette, Carleen, and Marlon, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty and well-prepared, with ackee and saltfish being a particular highlight of the Jamaican cuisine. For leisure, the lovely roof terrace was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming villa! The house had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The staff, especially Beverley the cook and Lloyd the caretaker, were amazing and always willing to help. The breakfast was out of this world, and the homemade meals were delicious. The bed was big and comfortable, and the view from the rooftop was breathtaking. We felt right at home here!
